Born in 1983 Casey grew up in Champaign County. Casey is currently attending Parkland College and will graduate in fall of 2010 with an AAS in Web Site Design.

I grew up wanting to be an animator, I loved to draw in general and what could be better than making your creations come to life? However in high school I began learning html on my own and making simple pages on free servers. I was hooked and worked hard to learn Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Flash, etc in my free time. Many thanks go out to all the tutorial sites, online art communities, and message boards. Without them I would not have made it this far. I started attending Parkland College in 02 I studied graphic design, web design and even spent a semester of unrequired courses in hands on art doing painting, sculpture, etc. I have spent most of the past decade earning a two year degree due to ups and downs in my personal life and a great passion for my hobby of modifying cars; which I also consider a form of art in its own right. I have found that no matter how long its been since I have taken a class or done a project for a freelance client I am always capable of picking up right where I left off. Design is a big part of my life, everywhere I look or go I tend to critique the world in general weather I am in a restuarant and picking apart the typography and spacing in a menu or reading a magazine or book. Regardless of how long it takes me or what changes in my life I am determined to finish and eventually start a career in web or graphic design.
